This is a private "Gobblefunk" dinner (details): Dive into a world where cuisine meets creativity at The Inventing Room. Chef Ian Kleinman, known for his culinary alchemy, created The Inventing Room after being inspired by “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.” Imagine a four-course meal and three liquid nitrogen cocktails, each more surprising than the last. This is a theatrical experience for your palate and senses.
Chef Kleinman isn't just a chef; he's a culinary artist and a five-time invitee to the James Beard House. This dinner is a chance to witness his mastery firsthand. Our theme for the evening will be “Magic and 3D” (hey, Dent Dinner Denver!) We will embark on a gastronomic journey that's playful, inventive, and truly Dent. Note that a vegetarian option will be available. (Includes dinner, beverages, tax and tip.)
Location: The Inventing Room Dessert Shop is located at 4433 W. 29th Avenue, #101, Denver, CO 80212, on the NW corner of 29th & Tennyson. There is free street parking available, as well as free underground parking on the west side of the building. If the garage door is closed, please pull up to the yellow line and the door will open. We are located in Suite 101 on the first floor.

Each year at the Dent conference we host a “dine-around”, a unique experience where we assign attendees to dinner locations around the city where they get to know their fellow Denters.
We’ve extended this tradition throughout the year and in different cities. Dent:Dinners are another chance to connect or reconnect with other fascinating members of the Dent community and take inspiration from great conversation.
