Dent:Blend is a one-afternoon, community powered experience (modeled after the national Dent conference) that brings together thoughtful leaders from around the Mid-Atlantic for a unique experience to explore our future and our past through the lens of innovative leadership and creativity. We host it at Common House Richmond where we can unplug and immerse ourselves in all that Richmond, VA has to offer.

We’re excited to return for the EIGHTH year of Dent:Blend! We’ll be back with our friends at Common House for an impactful afternoon oasis of ideas that one first-time attendee said was, “like I’m on another world being here. Really incredible.”

For the first time in its 8-year history, Dent:Blend Richmond features an entirely woman-led speaker lineup. With the theme of “Experience,” speakers include:

• Utibe Bassey, Vice President of Customer Experience, Dominion Energy: How do you frame the experience of something that feels ubiquitous?
• Danielle Ripperton, Executive Director, Children’s Museum of Richmond: Tiny UX: What if your experience is to delight a 5 year old and convey safety to the parents?
• Good Run Research: A Special Activity and Presentation: How do you study experience?
